Manufacturing is a Qualifying Activity under MD 229 of 2025. Auditors will apply the 'substantial transformation' test to ensure raw timber is significantly processed into veneer/panels. Revenue from mainland UAE customers must be monitored against the de minimis threshold to maintain Qualifying Free Zone Person status.
