A DHCC establishment licence allows clinical operations — it is a zone registration only. Clinical operations also require a separate DHA facility licence and individual professional licences for every clinical staff member.
Health tech companies need a health authority licence — pure-play health tech (software, AI diagnostics, telemedicine platforms) may require DHA approval of the digital health product but not necessarily a clinical facility licence.
